Resolution: In order to re-install Cisco Anyconnect successfully, you must completely remove the Cisco software with their uninstall program before re-installing the software. It appears that something in the VPN software configuration has caused it to fail, and simply re-installing the VPN software does NOT resolve the issue. Problem description: Upon launching Cisco An圜onnect, and correctly entering your NETID, password and completing a duo Multi-factor authentication request, you receive an error messaging that that you cannot connect to at that time.
Mac VPN fails to connect after entering your NETID, password and duo authentication - you may need to completely remove and reinstall the VPN client.
